Our training arm, Marlow Navigation Training Center, Inc. provides the necessary upgrading courses to ensure the stability and continuity of employment of all our seafarers and likewise to provide them room for personal growth and professional advancement. We provide trainings on safety, practical and hands‐on training, classroom lecture on Physical Science and English.

Upgrading programs are substantiated by wide selection of Computer‐Based Training (CBT) software and video viewing from Videotel which is primarily designed to enhance the competency of our seafarers sent onboard.

We also have the In‐house Culinary Training to facilitate and augment the screening and evaluation of our cook applicants and at the same time to upgrade the skills of those who has long been in service with Marlow Navigation Co., Ltd. We also established a close coordination with top Maritime Schools in the country to supply us with highly qualified Deck and Engine Cadets for our Cadetship Program as well as Hotel and Restaurant Management graduates for our Culinary Program.
