Marlow Navigation Phils., Inc. (formerly Crewserve, Inc.), is a sea-based manning company registered with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and is duly licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) since 1st of July 1996. We were renamed last 18th of June 2007. The company's Quality Management System is one of the first in the maritime industry to comply with ISO 9001:2008 requirements by passing stringent audit by American Bureau of Shipping Quality Evaluations (ABS QE) last 01 June 2009. Marlow Navigation Phils. Inc., have been certified by ABS QE as a quality assured company since 17 December 1997. We are active member of the Philippine Association of Manning Agencies and Ship managers (PAMAS).

At present, we are manning a substantial number of vessels with close to five thousand seafarers onboard at any one time. Most of our manned vessels are of modern tonnage and equipped with state of the art technology and highly innovative communication, cargo and navigational equipment propelled by modern and sophisticated engines. Our clientele are mainly German-owned vessels mostly container, bulk, multi-purpose and heavy lifts.
